  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? True to our "Neat" promise, every order is meticulously inspected, steam-pressed, and neatly folded within 1-2 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your box is in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

If you prefer an extra loose, oversized slouchy fit for lounging, we recommend sizing up.

How should I wash and care for my sleepwear? To preserve the cloud-like softness and structured shape of your garments:

  • Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted and relaxed in our designs. If a garment isn’t the perfect fit for your nightly ritual, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached and packaging completely intact within 30 days of delivery.
